Bring Style To Sienna

December 2, 2009

LOS ANGELES – The new Sienna minivan is revealed with cues from the Venza and a more agressive front end. The look of the front end is somewhat awkward, but does look more appealing to us then the Venza. What's new for the 2011 is a sporty SE trim and the return of 4cylinder powered models. The last time Toyota had a 4cylinder powered minivan was the Previa. Unlike the Previa however, the Sienna's 4 cylinder engine has enough power. The engine produces 187 horsepower at 5,800 rpm. This is even more powerful then Previa models with a supercharge that produced only 161 horsepower. The interior of the new third generation Sienna isn't as sporty as its exterior. Our biggest qualm is with the dash. Minivans don't exactly have the best looking dash these days, but the Sienna's dash seems to have cues from its Tacoma truck.
